Belgium Drive Intake

Last updated: 1 October 2026

Privacy policy

This policy describes the intended Belgium Drive Intake workflow. The new app's Google authorization has not yet been activated.

Data accessed and purpose

With an operator's authorization, the app reads file metadata and downloads configured training-program and jump-testing sources. These may include athlete names, training prescriptions and testing results. Python processing produces training plans and testing summaries for protected Belgium 2030 staff and athlete dashboards.

The requested Google permission, drive.readonly, permits viewing and downloading all files accessible to the authorizing account. Approved sources are restricted by workflow configuration, not by a folder-specific Google permission. The intake does not modify Drive files, ownership or sharing settings, or bypass source download restrictions.

Processing, storage and access

Google provides Drive storage and authorization. GitHub Actions runs cloud processing; downloaded sources and derived records may be held in private working storage and the private Belgium 2030 repository. Cloudflare hosts the protected dashboards and enforces sign-in and server-side access checks.

Authorized staff can access team dashboards. Athlete dashboard data is selected server-side for the verified identity; approved staff preview access is separate. Access by the operator or authorized maintainers is limited to necessary intake operations and support, within approved permissions and applicable consent.

Google user data is used for these training and testing features. It is not sold or used for advertising or AI model training. Use of Google data is limited to the purposes described here and is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention, revocation and requests

No fixed retention period or automatic deletion deadline is stated here. Working copies, derived records, repository history and provider-managed backups may remain after access is removed.

Remove the app's access in Google Account connections to prevent future authorized Drive reads under that grant. Revocation does not itself delete previously downloaded or derived data. Contact the operator about retained records or a correction or deletion request.

This public information page

These pages contain no athlete data, sign-in form, analytics scripts or tracking pixels. They do not import dashboard payloads. Cloudflare serves the pages and may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses, under its own service practices.

Contact and changes

The operator is Matt Zukowski. For questions about data handling or a correction or deletion request, contact mattzukowski3@gmail.com. Any additional use of Google data requires updated disclosures and appropriate authorization.
